I am working on javascript and php,I integrated "location module" means whenever i click on "button" then i am getting message "site allow to access your location", i want if i select "block" button then also "success function" should work, means i want to make "location module optional" so if i select "allow" or "block", further code (success/ajax) should work,Here is my current code
<button name="intime" class="in" >Clock in </button>
$(document).ready(function () {
$(".in").click(function () {
const options = {
enableHighAccuracy: true,
timeout: 5000,
maximumAge: 0
};
function success(pos) {
const crd = pos.coords;
var lats = crd.latitude;
var longs = crd.longitude;
var userId = <?php echo $ids=$_GET['eid']; ?>
$.ajax({
//further code working
});
}
function error(err) {
var pathname = window.location.href;
}
navigator.geolocation.getCurrentPosition(success, error, options);
});
});

I am sending a notification web. I want to display up to ten minutes if the user does not click on the notification.
I used setTimeout, but it is displayed for about 15 seconds and then hidden.
please guide me.
This is my code:
function notify(title, message, link) {
var option = {
body: message,
dir: 'rtl',
title: title,
icon: '/Images/notification.png',
}
var notify = new Notification(title, option);
notify.onclick = function () {
window.open(link, '_blank');
notify.close();
};
notification.onshow = function () {
setTimeout(notification.close, 600000);
}
}
i have update your code. May this helps you !
var options = {
body: "My notification message",
dir : "ltr",
requireInteraction: true
};
var notify = new Notification('Hello User', options);
notify.onclick = function () {
notify.close();
};
notify.onshow = function () {
setTimeout(()=>{
notify.close();
}, 15000);
}
Just add the property requireInteraction.
var option = {
body: message,
dir: 'rtl',
title: title,
icon: '/Images/notification.png',
requireInteraction: true,
}
The requireInteraction read-only property of the Notification
interface returns a Boolean indicating that a notification should
remain active until the user clicks or dismisses it, rather than
closing automatically.
See here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/notification/requireInteraction
Currently I try to integrate amazon payment.
I want to display the button, created with the function:
OffAmazonPayments.Button("AmazonPayButton", myAmznMerchantID
and after the User has logged in, I want to display the AdressBook Widget and the Payment Widget on the same Page.
The Button and the Widgets are displayed correctly, but when I try to confirm the Payment, I'm getting the Error-Constrains Message:
PaymentPlanNotSet The buyer has not been able to select a Payment
method for the given Order Reference.
But the Payment was selected.
I hope you can help me, to find my failure in this Javascript code:
window.onAmazonLoginReady = function () {
amazon.Login.setClientId(myAmznClientID);
};
window.onAmazonPaymentsReady = function() {
var __accessToken = 0;
var __orderReferenceId = 0;
show_amazon_Button();
function show_amazon_Button() {
OffAmazonPayments.Button("AmazonPayButton", ibuiAmazonPaymentsInfos.ibAmznMerchantID, {
type: "PwA",
color: "Gold",
size: "small", // "medium",
language: "de-DE",
authorization: function () {
loginOptions = { scope: "profile:user_id", popup: true };
authRequest = amazon.Login.authorize(loginOptions, function(response) {
if (response.error) {
//show Error
return;
} else {
__accessToken = response.access_token;
show_Adress_Widget();
}
});
},
onError: function(error) {
//handleError
}
});
}
function show_Adress_Widget() {
new OffAmazonPayments.Widgets.AddressBook({
sellerId: ibuiAmazonPaymentsInfos.ibAmznMerchantID,
onOrderReferenceCreate: function (orderReference) {
__orderReferenceId = orderReference.getAmazonOrderReferenceId();
//do Stuff
},
onAddressSelect: function (orderReference) {
show_Amazon_Wallet();
},
design: {
designMode: 'responsive'
},
onError: function (error) {
//handle Error
}
}).bind("readOnlyAddressBookWidgetDiv");
}
function show_Amazon_Wallet() {
new OffAmazonPayments.Widgets.Wallet({
sellerId: myAmznMerchantID,
onOrderReferenceCreate: function(orderReference) {
//do Stuff
},
design: {
designMode: 'responsive'
},
onPaymentSelect: function(orderReference) {
//activate buy button
},
onError: function(error) {
//handle error
}
}).bind('AmazonWalletWidgetDiv');
}
} //onAmazonPaymentsReady
In PHP I create the OrderReference over:
$params = array(
'order_reference_id' => $orderReferenceId,
'amount' => $amount,
'seller_order_id' => $buchungsKopf->getBuchung_nr(),
);
$responseObject = $client->setOrderReferenceDetails($params);
And even if I had selected a payment method before, I'm getting the "PaymentPlanNotSet" in the responseObject.
Same error, when I try to confirm the orderReference
$responseObject2 = $client->confirmOrderReference($params);
Before I had integrate the AdressWidget, I was able to do the payment.
Can you see what I'm doing wrong?
It seems I have found my failure.
When I want to display both Widgets (Adress and Wallet) on the same page, then I can not use the onOrderReferenceCreate-Method in the OffAmazonPayments.Widget.Wallet.
It seems like then it create a new order reference wich is not the same as the orderreference created by the AdressBook Widget.
Now I have delete this part of the Wallet Widget and everything seems to work fine.
I am trying to integrate facebook login for my angular JS website. I am getting a pop up and even I am getting some data like my id and username. The issue what I am facing here is when I am trying to redirect the page or sending this data to a handleUser object in my controller, it is not allowing me to call any of the function from that fbLOgin() function block.
It is not allowing me to call any function from dat block... please help me with this.
FBLogin(){
console.log("came into fb ");
FB.init({
appId : 'my_id',
autoLogAppEvents : true,
xfbml : true,
version : 'v2.9'
// js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js";
});
FB.login(function(response) {
if (response.authResponse) {
console.log('Welcome! Fetching your information.... ');
FB.api('/me', function(response) {
// console.log('Good to see you, ' + response.name + '.');
console.log(response.name);
let user = {
"userAccountId":response.name,
"userRole": "CUSTOMER",
"lastOtpRequest": 0,
"fullName": "myname",
"mobileNo": "1234567890",
"emailId": "mymail#gmail.com",
"like": false,
"token": 0,
"loyal": false,
"guest": false,
"enabled": true,
"newCustomer": true
}
});
} else {
console.log('User cancelled login or did not fully authorize.');
}
});
}
Actually I am having the same problem with the gmail account also. So what I found here is, we cant call the current object from that promise. So I Created another function from that promise and I m calling that function. The code is as follows..
googleLogin() {
var google = window.gapi;
var currentObject = this;
function authenticateUser(data) {
var user = {};
user.emailId = data.getEmail();
user.fullName = data.getName();
user.socialId = data.getId();
user.username = data.getGivenName();
currentObject.handleUser(user);
}
google.load('auth2', function () {
google.auth2.init({
client_id: ''
}).then(function (auth2) {
if (auth2.isSignedIn.get()) {
var googleUser = auth2.currentUser.get();
authenticateUser(googleUser.getBasicProfile());
} else {
auth2.signIn();
auth2.isSignedIn.listen(onSignIn);
function onSignIn(googleUser) {
console.log(googleUser);
if (googleUser) {
var googleUser = auth2.currentUser.get();
authenticateUser(googleUser.getBasicProfile());
}
}
}
});
});
}
The Chrome extension works fine. My problem is that the notification closes in 7 seconds. I want for the user click to close the notification.
function engine(){
var latestId;
var ids;
var messages = [];
var newmessage = [];
$.get('http://localhost/site/json.php',function (data){
var json = $.parseJSON(data);
messages = json;
ids = json[0].id;
if(latestId == ids){
//no update
}else if(latestId === undefined){
var run = {
type: "basic",
title: "Title",
message: "Some message",
iconUrl : "icon.png",
};
chrome.notifications.create(run);
}
});
}
First create your notification and give it a notificationID parameter to close it later.
var notification = {
type:"basic",
title:"News From Us!",
message:"Google Chrome Updated to v50!",
iconUrl:"assets/images/icon.png"
};
chrome.notifications.create("notfyId",notification);
On notification click you can close notification using its id (which is "notfyId")
function forwardNotfy(){
chrome.notifications.clear("notfyId");
window.open(url); //optional
}
chrome.notifications.onClicked.addListener(forwardNotfy);
Now, when you click your notification it'll close.
This feature is currently only implemented in the beta channel, and not in the latest version of chrome. See here for details.
When it is implemented, you will be able to use requireInteraction : True like:
var run = {
type: "basic",
title: "Title",
message: "Some message",
iconUrl : "icon.png",
requireInteraction : True,
}
to implement this.
You can use notification.close();:
setTimeout(function() {
notification.close();
}, 2000);
Demo:
// request permission on page load
document.addEventListener('DOMContentLoaded', function () {
if (Notification.permission !== "granted")
Notification.requestPermission();
});
function notifyMe() {
if (!Notification) {
alert('Desktop notifications not available in your browser. Try Chromium.');
return;
}
if (Notification.permission !== "granted")
Notification.requestPermission();
else {
var notification = new Notification('Notification title', {
icon: 'http://cdn.sstatic.net/stackexchange/img/logos/so/so-icon.png',
body: "Hey there! You've been notified!x",
});
notification.onclick = function () {
window.open("http://stackoverflow.com/a/13328397/1269037");
};
setTimeout(function() {
notification.close();
}, 2000);
}
}
<button onclick="notifyMe()">
Notify me!
</button>
JSBin Demo
notification.close() is used to close any notification.
For more information please see the below code-
To create the notification:
var notification = new Notification('OnlineOfferPrice', {
icon: 'icon.png',
body: "Test Message",
});
If you want to perform operation on notification click please use the below code. After your business logic it will automatically close-
notification.onclick = function () {
//write your business logic here.
notification.close();
};
If notification is not clicked and you want to close it automatically after 6 seconds-
setTimeout(function() { notification.close(); }, 6000);
I can't seem to get port.emit working correctly with my Firefox extension. From the init() function in popup.js the messages are correctly sent to main.js using addon.port.emit. Once they've been sent, the giveStorage message is correctly received in popup.js. However, this only works correctly when the original message is sent in the init function.
When I try sending the messages using using the jQuery change listener, the logs "Storage has been set." and "Sending storage to popup.js" come through, so popup.js is just not receiving it, but I have no idea why not. Only messages are logged correctly when ran from the init function.
If anyone has any ideas, or if you need any more information, please let me know and I'll see what I can do. Any help is greatly appreciated!
main.js
panel.port.on("setStorage", function (text) {
console.log("Storage has been set.");
ss.storage[text[0]] = text[1];
})
panel.port.on("getStorage", function (text) {
console.log("Sending storage to popup.js");
panel.port.emit("giveStorage", [text, ss.storage[text]])
})
popup.js
function init(){
$(".panel").hide();
addon.port.emit("getStorage", "username");
addon.port.emit("getStorage", "volume");
setInterval(function(){following();}, 60000);
}
addon.port.on("giveStorage", function (text) {
console.log("Message received from main.js");
if (text[1] !== null) {
if (text[0] === "username") {
username = text[1];
$('#menuFollowing').click();
}
else if (text[0] === "volume"){
volume = text[1];
$("#volume").val(volume);
$('#volumeValue').empty();
$('#volumeValue').append('Volume: ' + volume);
}
}
})
$('#volume').change(function(){
volume = $('#volume').val();
addon.port.emit("setStorage", ["volume", volume]);
addon.port.emit("getStorage", "volume");
});
