I'm trying to create a Windows 10 application using HTML CSS and JavaScript... I already have the code saved but I need a way to open it as a .exe file or something... It needs to be a separate file that I can open in a new window.
Thanks in advance!
To create an application using web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, I will recommend you start looking into the Electron Framework which allows you to use web technologies resources for app development.

i just finish my first website using react and I gonna put in my server(hostgator), how can I build it?? thanks
if your project just front end code which just JavaScript, html, css. Not backend needed, you can simply put your build folder(npm run build) in your web hosting. Or simplest way to make your website available by using GitHub pages https://pages.github.com/
Did you create it with CRA? In this case just run npm run build and put in your server build folder by default.

I am attempting to build a mobile app from my existing wordpress website. I am curious which files I need to include in the assets folder for Cordova? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
Cordova must include only html and JavaScript files, WordPress is based on php, but Cordova can't have server side code.
Your only option is to build hosted Cordova App using for example ManifoldJS.

I look for the best way to hide the code of a solution built with Electron.
Any ideas?
To build the solution with Electron having asar files is not enough. I really need to hide the code so it should not be easy to retrieve.
There are some possibilities. Take a look at https://developers.google.com/closure/library/docs/closurebuilder. It produces a Java' compiled output content (.jar). Then, you can use a jar module for Node.JS in order to access the internal content (like https://www.npmjs.com/package/jarfile).

Please tell me; I'm trying to make my new IDE using JavaScript. So is that possible to design GUI user interfaces using JavaScript?
Try out node-webkit. Its for building GUI applications using javascript.

I want to integrate angularJs in my existing GWT application. I am new to angularJs. How to start with it?
Thanks
Take a look at
AngularGWT - This is a library that enables Authors to write components or complete apps for AngularJS in Java. This is mostly done using compiler castings for Google Web Toolkit to "compile" Java Code into Javascript.
AngularGWT is the way to go. But if you want an simple way off, include the angular.js in your *.html file and use JSNI to access Angular JS from your code.
