So I am quite simply looking at how I can do a regular import e.g.

or even in a case:
import 'myfantastic/package/js/something.js';
I know I can do this within my <script> tag as a normal import but what I am trying to do is load a free package or pro package based on an env variable.
So I would like to be able do something like the following:

If possible I would like to be able to do this for standard scripts e.g. 'myfantastic/package/js/something.js'; and CSS files e.g. 'myfantastic/package/css/style.css'.

I am new to Next.js and using a template.
I have at least managed to succesfully add i18n, and I don't want to rebuild the whole template and the components... There is already a file in AppClassic that serves the content (pictures, text content ect). The easiest thing I thought of would be just duplicating this, and putting these files in different subpaths like 'en/common/data/AppClassic' or 'de/common/data/AppClassic' - And then somehow to import it with the dynamic locale const or conditionally render it, so if the locale const is 'en' then one file is imported, but if the const is 'de', then the other file is imported.

You could work your way with Next.js dynamic imports like the example:

I have a typical website created with HTML, CSS, Javascript and I'm trying to convert it into react.
I can convert my HTML into JSX pretty easily with an online converter and my CSS is the same, I just have to import it differently.
But now I'm confused about how to link up my javascript files. Because my HTML is now JSX which is in a Javascript file as well.
Normally in html this is all I need to do to link my java script and everything works:
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/main.js"></script>
How would I do this in react such that my JSX will have the same functionality as did my HTML?
Right now whether I try to import it from file location:
import './javascript/main.js'
It doesn't do anything. I'm not getting any errors. My JSX and CSS works fine and all I have for my CSS is (this import works fine):
import './css/main.css'
If it should work, please let me know, it must mean there's an error elsewhere that I have to sort out.

I don't think you can import js code on a react app, probably you have to create react-app first, then create its components and add you javascript code within these components, it´s pretty easy, i recomment you to read the documentation of react and see how it works. Hope it helped you.

I need to add to ALL of my React function components the possibility to add [data-test-id] attribute for testing purposes. To achieve that I created withTestId() HOC which adds optional prop testId to wrapped component and when it's defined it adds [data-test-id] to final HTML.
So when I define component like:
<ExampleComponent testId="example" />
it returns:
<div data-test-id="example" />
The only problem I have is to apply it to every component without the necessity to wrap it individually in every component. So instead of writing code like:
function ExampleComponent() { ... }
export default withTestId(ExampleComponent)
I would like to wrap all of my exports in my index.ts file, which right now looks like this:
export { default as ExampleComponent } from "./ExampleComponent";
export { default as ExampleComponent2 } from "./ExampleComponent2";
...
How can I achieve this?
I see two ways of doing this; One dynamic way, making the user-code of your library a bit more convoluted. with you being able to change the implementation easily and another one with a bit more boilerplate code, keeping the user-code as it is.
I haven't tested their behavior regarding tree-shaking when bundling the code.
Using destructing in user-code
This allows to add / remove things from your main component export file without having to worry about additional boilerplate in your library. The higher-order-component can be switched on/off easily. One caveat: The user code needs to use destructuring to retrieve the components.
Your new index.ts file would look like this, while I've called your previous index.ts file components.ts in the same directory:

This uses the default export to make it look like you have all components in one place, but since you cannot destructure exports directly, you need this second step to get the correct components out of it.
Add boilerplate to the export file
Since there is an index.ts file with all the components exported in the library, one could import/rename each component and re-export them with withTestId and their name:

I'd argue that using index files already is some kind of boilerplate and this approach adds to it. Since the user code does not need any changes, I'd favor this approach.
In one of our projects, we have used a custom takeoff script to create this kind of boilerplate for us, whenever we generate a new component.

I created an app using the create-react-kotlin-app command and it loads in Chrome fine. I added the React Material UI package via NPM and that was successful. Now how do I use the Material UI module in my component?
Normally with JavaScript, it's a simple import Button from '#material-ui/core/Button' at the top of the component's file, but Kotlin doesn't like that.
How do I translate that line to Kotlin? I am not using Gradle.

I am working on a project that requires using a js plugin. Now that we're using vue and we have a component to handle the plugin based logic, I need to import the js plugin file within the vue component in order to initialize the plugin.
Previously, this was handled within the markup as follows:

For scripts you bring in the browser way (i.e., with tags), they generally make some variable available globally.
For these, you don't have to import anything. They'll just be available.
If you are using something like Webstorm (or any of the related JetBrains IDEs), you can add /* global globalValueHere */ to let it know that "hey, this isn't defined in my file, but it exists." It isn't required, but it'll make the "undefined" squiggly lines go away.
For example:

Beyond that, you just use it as you normally would.
I wanted to embed a script on my component and tried everything mentioned above, but the script contains document.write. Then I found a short article on Medium about using postscribe which was an easy fix and resolved the matter.

Then I was able to go from there. I disabled the useless escape from eslint and used #gist as the template's single root element id:

For anyone including an external JS file and having trouble accessing the jQuery prototype method(s) inside of the loaded script.
Sample projects I saw in vanilla JS, React and Angular were simply using:
$("#someId").somePlugin(options)
or
window.$("#someId").somePlugin(options)
But when I try either of those in my VueJS component I receive:
Error: _webpack_provided_window_dot$(...).somePluginis not a function
I examined the window object after the resources had loaded I was able to find the jQuery prototype method in the window.self read-only property that returns the window itself:
window.self.$("#someId").somePlugin(options)
Many examples show how to load the external JS file in VueJS but not actually using the jQuery prototype methods within the component.
