Number replace on \n but after using e-mail extra comma is in the string need to remove it.

There's a lot of ways to that, and this is so easy, so try this simple answer:-
var str = 'Jhony Jhons,jhon#gmail.com,380967574366';
var splitted = str.split(","); //split them by comma
splitted.pop(); //removes the last element
var rec = splitted.join() + '\n'; //join them
You need a regex to select the complete phone number and also the preceding comma. Your current regex selects each digit and replaces each one with an "\n", resulting in a lot of "\n" in the result. Also the regex does not match the comma.
Use the following regex:
var str = 'Jhony Jhons,jhon#gmail.com,380967574366'
var regex = /,[0-9]+$/;
// it replaces all consecutive digits with the condition at least one digit exists (the "[0-9]+" part)

In order to parse HTML, use the best HTML parser out there, the DOM itself!

However, both methods work perfectly fine; it all comes down to preference.
Just match everything between <strong> and </strong>.

The preferred approach would be to use DOM methods; create an element and get the .textContent then match one or more word characters or split space character.
let str = '<strong>FirstName LastName</strong>';
let [,first, last] = str.split(/<[/\w\s-]+>|\s/g);
console.log(first, last);
/<[/\w\s-]+>|\s/g
Splits < followed by one or more word, space or dash characters characters followed by > character or space to match space between words in the string.
Comma operator , within destructuring assignment is used to omit that index from the result of .split() ["", "FirstName", "LastName", ""].

I have a string which has some data with a few special characters, Need to remove the data between the desired special char in JavaScript.
The special char would be obtained in a variable.
var desiredChar = "~0~";
And Imagine this to be the Input string:

So I'm supposed to remove the text in bold.
The desired output is supposed to be-
~1~1|0|20170807|50|666.00|~1~~2~1|0|20170807|55|111.00|~2~
I've tried using "Replace" and "Regex", but as the desired character is being passed in a variable and keeps changing I'm facing difficulties.
You can create your own regex based on whatever the bounding character(s) are that contain the text you want removed, and then replace any text that matches that regex with a blank string "".
The JS below should work for your use case (and it should work for multiple occurrences as well):

I'm trying to extract out a group of words from a larger string/cookie that are separated by hyphens. I would like to replace the hyphens with a space and set to a variable. Javascript or jQuery.
As an example, the larger string has a name and value like this within it:

(notice the leading "C")
So first, I need to match()/find facility=34222%7CConner-Department-Store; with regex. Then break it down to "Conner Department Store"

If I understood it correctly, you want to make a phrase by getting all the words between hyphens and disallowing two successive Uppercase letters in a word, so I'd prefer using Regex in that case.
This is a Regex solution, that works dynamically with any cookies in the same format and extract the wanted sentence from it:

facility can be any Word built with alphabetical characters lower and uppercase (no other chars) at any length

34222 can be any number but no other characters
| needs to be the char |
Conner-Department-Store can be any characters except one of the following (reserved delimiters): :/?#[]#;,'

You can split the string with a positive lookahead (?=7878). The regex isn't consuming any characters, so 7878 will be part of the string.
var rgx = /(?=7878)/;

Another option is to split on '7878' and then take all the elements except first and add '7878' to each of them. For example:

To get the last item in a path, you can split the string on / and then pop():
var url = "http://blablab/test";
alert(url.split("/").pop());
//-> "test"
To specify an individual part of a path, split on / and use bracket notation to access the item:
var url = "http://blablab/test/page.php";
alert(url.split("/")[3]);
//-> "test"
Or, if you want everything after the third slash, split(), slice() and join():

You can use split to split the string in parts and use slice to return all parts after the third slice.
