Javascript get smartphone GPS without "HTML5 Geolocation" and Internet - javascript

Context
I'm working on an ESP32 device that use WifiManager library to set up the device Wifi. This library just create a Wifi Hotspot who redirect to a basic HTML page. This page will be reachable via a smartphone. I want to know the user location when he visits this HTML page.
My Problem
The problem is, that to see this page, he must be connected to the ESP32 Wifi Hotspot so every solution must work without an Internet connection.
Furthermore, I know that there is this API (HTML5 Geolocation), but it didn't work because the server is hosted locally in HTTP. (And I saw a post that said that it must be connected to Internet).
I have also a size constraint. I'm working on a tiny device with already a lot of code so the solution mustn't be to heavy.
So, is there a way to get a smartphone GPS Location via a Javascript script and without using HTML5 Geolocation and without an Internet connection ?

I don't know why you wouldn't want to use JS. It's the only way you can get information from the client in a web app.
The hurdle is, you usually need HTTPS for such sensitive data to be allowed to be sent by the users browser. But how to set your server up for HTTTPS is not a question for StackOverflow.
Sorry that we can't give you a better answer. If you can't do it native you'll have to work with what you've got.
EDIT:
Some browsers need intenet to verify certificates, can't do anything about that. If you don't control the device -> browser.

Create an extension to the browser to acces local scanner

I would like to access a special hardware (a penta scanner, for the wisest ;) ) from a web page.
The aim is to retrieve the information from the scanner and compute it on server side.
The problem here, is that I have to summon functions from a DLL that has to be on the client side. I have two leads for that:
Develop a COM DLL and use ActiveX
Try to get through a homemade extension for a web browser in order to communicate with the local DLLs.
I've tried the first option, and I got stuck and I've posted another thread about it. Anyway, even if it works, there are too many constraints about it (as to use IE or the fact that even Microsoft is not fond of this feature and banned it from edge).
The second method is something that I found on another forum but, I do not understand how I can interact with a browser extension (whatever the browser).
So what I am asking is:
Is it possible to use a web browser extension as a medium to a local DLL and if so, would you be so kind as to give a hint about how to do ar anything that might look like a start about how to do it (even just some key words to use on google, since mine didn't get anything)....

Based on my understanding, the motive to develop an Extensions is to enhance the feature and functionality for particular web browser.
You cannot control any hardware devices like printer or scanner with it.
So if your goal is to control the scanner from your web page with the help of any kind of extension than I think you cannot do this with Extension.

Browser Chat Without internet

Can anyone explain me the possibilities of creating a web chat (i.e similar to whatsappweb) which works without internet connections the only possible way that these device communicate is either by WiFi or Bluetooth (i.e Peer to peer). If it is not possible on earth could then explain why?
I've come across some javascript files like peer.js. But it uses internet i think. I want it to work without internet connectivity.

However WebRTC is a relatively new system that is not widely supported - so consider it experimental at this stage - but it has the backing of Mozilla, so it might end-up somewhere.
However you are limited to the capabilities that WebRTC provides - and as your code is still JavaScript that runs in the browser you will not have access to any kind of actual networking API (such as Berkeley Sockets) or lower-level control of hardware, such as the ability to create Ad-hoc Wi-Fi networks, new Bluetooth Personal Area Networks, or LE Bluetooth connections... at present.

Ofcourse there is a way to make this happen. You would have to set up a webserver on the device with this webapp. You could then connect with localhost or 127.0.0.1 . Other people would have to join your hotspot and connect to your ip address.
If you want to connect automaticly you would have to write a real app.
Browsers run in a "contained" mode. No hardware access is possible from any script ran inside the browser, thus there's no way to initialize and setup the device to start direct communication.

Allow access to weblink only via native iOS and Android apps

I have website link at which I have designed a html/javascript web app. I used iOS and Android app to create an app that encapsulates the web app.
Is there a way to block access to the website link and only allow access to the website link only thru the native apps calling the link.
In short safari, IE, Chrome must not be able to access the link, but the iPhone & Android app should be able to access it.
Is there some way to tell that the app is accessing the site and not the phone or pc browsers.
I am sure there a number of ways to implement this.

It depends on how is the web app implemented. Since native Web Views are pretty much the wrapper for the standard browser (Safari/Chrome), you will find it tough to filter it based on that.
What you can do, however, is to add an extra GET variable (for ex. &ref=youruniquecodehere) or a custom User-Agent, based on which you will be able to identify, whether your application authorized the request (with a proper access code) or if it's a generic request using browser.
However, both of these options can still be bypassed if researched, although it'd require slightly more time. Not sure whether a solution that would work in 100% of cases exists.

Is it possible to allow access to Webcam in the browser all the time?

I am building a Time clock application for my employer to use with his employees. One of the requirements is to have it take a photo from a webcam every time a user clocks in and out of the system.
Thankfully this is possible using HTML5 and JavaScript and no longer requires Flash or Silverlight.
The problem however, is in this image below....
Since this application will be used on 1 PC and accessed by a large number of users everyday, this is a real problem for my application.
I hope there is a way to permanently authorize permission to use the camera for certain pages maybe or another alternative?
If your app is running from SSL (https://), this permission will be
persistent. That is, users won't have to grant/deny access every time.

Simple application to aggregate information from multiple web services in fullscreen

Whats the easiest way to build a simple 'web' application which is a single page, that just refreshes itself (using AJAX or something) to display continuously changing data hosted on various different servers on the internet?
I want to interface with (for example) Twitter, Facebook, Skype, Google Calendar, and any number of other services that have some type of web API.
The application does not need to allow user interaction other than to configure it with the authentication parameters needed to access those services.
It should be able to run full-screen with no UI elements showing, just the pretty information I am displaying.
I started to write an HTML file using Jquery but I am running into "Same Origin Policy" issues. Is there a way around this?
I'd love to just write this in Html/Javascript and run it in Google Chrome, is that possible somehow? I don't know how to get around SOP without hosting my own web server as a proxy to cross the domains.
Is there another alternative that is still pretty easy and simple? I looked into using the Windows Vista Sidebar but apparently you can't have a full-screen gadget.
I figured out that I can use the command line option for chrome:
--disable-web-security
And it will allow me to workaround the same origin policy, and since I am using this for a local application I can put the app in a virtual machine and let it run without too much worry.
