I am trying to use version 3 of the AWS SDK (JavaScript) to work with AWS. I built the sdk to contain #aws-sdk/client-dynamodb and renamed it to aws-sdk-js-v3.js and added it to my index.html.
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/aws-sdk-js-v3.js"></script>
In version 2 of the SDK, you just used AWS to reference the library. I can't figure out how to access the SDK in version 3. All the examples I have found are node.js examples. I am hoping for an example that shows how to use version 3 of the AWS SDK in browser-based JavaScript. Maybe ListTablesCommand for DynamoDB example?
To learn how to work with Amazon DynamoDB and the AWS SDK for JavaScript V3, please refer to the DEV guide. Here is a good place to start:
Amazon DynamoDB examples
In addition, you can find many other code examples for the AWS SDK for JavaScript V3 in Github here:
https://github.com/awsdocs/aws-doc-sdk-examples/tree/master/javascriptv3/example_code
I know that some developers refer to service guides and not these resources to learn how to work with AWS Services and AWS SDK for JavaScript V3, but these resources are the best ones to refer to in order to learn how to use this SDK.

I'm working for a university stage and I have to integrate google cloud speech api in a my html5 page to perform speech recognition. I have two problems:
1) I'm searching around the web and I don't find a suitable library to generate an audio file (flac or wav) from microphone.
2) I don't understand if it is impossible using javascript to perform a Google Speech API recognition or not. If it is not: how can I do, considering I have to manage the event of pushing a button?
Thank you!
We have tried using the Google Places API on iOS and Google Places Web Service to get a verified SAB (service area business), that is a business that has an address but that does not have a physical location, rather it serves a certain area.
Here is an example business "Japanese Mobile Hairdresser Scissor Paper Rock" that you can try.
After trying nearby, textsearch, autocomplete and other APIs we came to the conclusion that because there is no physical address and the business actually just serves an area it makes sense that the Google Places API does not return this business or any other SAB.
Using Google Maps directly though does return the business and so does the sample that Google has on this page about the js API
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/places-placeid-finder
Also searching around on the internet you will find articles like this
https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/map-maker/0-0wplytssg
that seem to suggest that although SABs will not show on a map they will return in the search results of a map as the above sample suggest and also using Google Maps directly.
Logically then we tried to create a web page that uses the js API example to see if we can search for the "Japanese Mobile Hairdresser Scissor Paper Rock" business only to find out that although it gets returned by Google's sample when we add our API key and host that file on a server neither this business nor any other SAB gets returned.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Is there any way to get SABs by using any of the available APIs from Google, whether it is Google Maps or Google Places or any other? Do you know if Google returns different results on their maps rather than the APIs?
FYI all these APIs are enabled on the Google Console API

Google Places API Web Service
Google Maps SDK for iOS
Google Maps JavaScript API
Google Maps Geocoding API
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Tracking events and setting up Analytics for Websites seems easy. You create an account with one of the Analytics service providers like Google. They give you javascript code that you embed in your pages (whichever event you wish to track) and voila..you're done.
I have written a native application for Android phones, which is actually an adaptation of the actual web site. Now, I am required to setup Analytics and tracking for this native application.
Question:
How to do setup a native application for Analytics?
We have Java Script code(not Google Analytics but for some other engine) that works for the original web site. Is there a way to incorporate that in the native application?
I know Android supports Java Script via WebViews(Webkit);my application does not have webviews, it is native!
I have not worked on JavaScript since school so excuse me if I sound naive.
Thanks.
