How to deep link to an app without asking user?

There is a website called url genius.
How it works: you choose Instagram for example, you write your profile link, and then it creates a deep link, when you click on it either you're on iPhone or Android, it open directly the app WITHOUT ASKING "DO YOU WANT TO OPEN THIS LINK IN THE APP"
I tried to replicate this with some JS, my code first detect which device the user is on, then :
if the user is on Android it redirects with a window.location.replace to intent://www.instagram.com/profile/#Intent;package=com.instagram.android;scheme=https;end
if the user is on iPhone it redirects with a window.location.replace to instagram://user?username=profile
MY PROBLEM:
The link doesn't open directly in the app, it first asks to the user "do you want to open the link Instagram app". So how does URL Genius manage to redirect directly the user?

Is there a way for a web page to programmatically load Devtools and set it to a responsive mobile view?

I would like to be able to program a webpage or script to instantiate devtools and load the page into the mobile responsive view. This way when I do a remote demo of a webapp to a client they can just open it in mobile view or I can make a page always load in a mobile view no matter whos browser it is in?

Can't connect with facebook through facebook app on ios

My problems is kind a strange. I created facebook app, to which I connect via js through iFrame. dummy link : http://kvizblic.com/test/koliko-staro-izgledas
I plugged that iFrame on other subdomain of the same site, and everything works fine. But when someone share my quiz on facebook, and you try to open the quiz through facebook app(not browser), and click on "Login with Facebook" nothing happens. This happen only on iPhone. If I try to do the same thing on android or desktop, everything works fine.
Maybe this is confusing, so once again.
My quiz is loading through iFrame on other subdomain of the same site. Quiz have Login with facebook button. When you click on that button, I contact facebook for your data via js "FB.login" and everything works fine.
But if you visit the same link through facebook app(after someone share it), and not browser, Login with facebook doesn't work. That happens only on iPhone(haven't check iPad). On android everything works fine.

How to close the iOS Captive Network Assistant Popup with Javascript

Problem: Captive Network Assistant on Apple devices is bring up the CNA screen with only a cancel button. Is there a way to close this window and/or redirect to safari by clicking on a link/javascript?
Background Info: Upon connecting to a wifi access point, users are redirected to a splash page. This splash page has links with target _blank to open in a new tab. The CNA login dialog breaks this functionality. Ideally, users would be prompted the CNA login, they would click continue, and it would load our splash page in safari and close the login dialog. Any information on how to do this would be much appreciated. Thanks!

iPad fullscreen mode - no escape found

I have a web App which has links to other web pages. When a user taps one of these links while the app is running from full screen mode the new page opens in full screen as well and so there is no means of navigating back to the web App. Has anyone found a method for escaping full screen mode on the iPad once a web App has been launched from a home screen icon ?
Try redirecting with javascript, like:
document.location='';
We actually consider this a bug, but as always there are those who would see this as a feature :)
If the page your going to is supposed to be in the app, then this solves your problem.
How can I open an external link in Safari not the app's UIWebView?
If the page is any page on the internet, then the answer is pretty much no.
Once you leave the app, there is no way back, except for the user clicking back on your app.
It is not simple to force the ipad to stay in your app. Some suggested methods:
Create your own web view in your app. If your using phone gap, or another framework, you would have to create a plug in to do this. You would then show the loaded pages on that web view, this is similar to how ads are shown & stay in the app.
Parse and replace all the links on the loaded page with custom events, and use a server to return the content, instead of loading it directly via the web.
Both are very complex, and have issues, like you cant have white lists if you let them browse outside specific domains.
