Determine if a string is in an array using Jquery - javascript

I have the following code:

selected item currently equates to the following:
selectedItems = ["-2,-3"]
And further down, currentItem is evaluated at:
"-2", and the next loop "-3".
In both instances, neither go into the if statement. Any ideas why?

String being passed in as a single value. Use split to seperate it for array.
Modify the if clause.

TypeError in Javascript

In this function url_info i am getting the TypeError But i don't know why?? .... as My var current_s is defined within the scope and integer...
why write this much of code when one line can do:

and second, you don't require to convert your class name to string then split. You just can access them through classlist. Then use contains.

Save change in custom list display using local storage

I am trying to create a customizable list with links that can be hidden using a class if you click in a button. Also the list have a sortable option that you can move the links on the list, which saves to localstorage.
The problem is that I don't know how to save the class change with the list order in the localstorage if you click the "add/remove" button on each li.
Also, if anyone can help me improve the code I will be grateful, I am a newbie with localstorage and only managed this with a lot of reading in tutorials and documentation.

Populate form from JSON.parse

I am trying to re-populate a form from some values in localStorage. I can't quite manage the last part to get the loop to populate my name and values.

Your issue is in this section of code.

for (var i = 0; i < s.length; i++) {
You are setting s to the length of the jsn array minus 1, then using it as if it were jsn. I think you intended something like this.

Actually if you want to start in 0, use another variable and not "i" (which I think is 3 when you use it as index).

you could fake object as array by Array.prototype.push.call, in that way you could also gain the side effect: obj.length. it's kinda ninja and elegant :]

I am going to give a very simple and readable example. Say you've got an object with the following structure:

Then you might want to delete an entry from it and reindex the whole thing, this is how I do it:

Split array by tag and delete all similar element

I have some html page with text and need to output all inner HTML from tag b by alphabetical order in lower case. I'm just a begginer, so don't be strict.
