How can I make website where the moderator will be able to publish a post or an image without accessing to the code. To publish something like a facebook status from some part of site. And second question, who can I make that someone can login to my site(moderator/administrator), I know how to make login form but just visualy withaout some functionality. Thanks
(I know HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
You seem to be talking about a Content Management System. I'd suggest you look at some of the (many) options out there
e.g. Wordpress or Drupal - neither is perfect but both are widely supported.

I have a really really big question which is how to write a social networking website like facebook? I want to know which language should I use and why. And also the relationship of them or the whole structure of website. Only a general idea of blue print will be all right. However I don't mind if u can tell me things in detail. Thanks in advance.
Simply put: You can't realistically without a huge team of experts and lots of money. If you're a full-stack developer I'm sure you can pull off a website that has user profiles and a commenting system just with HTML, CSS, javascript, AJAX, and something like PHP/MySQL on the backend (lots of options here). Facebook is obviously a lot more complicated than that though, especially with all the asynchronous features going on such as the chat system.

I have a issue in my website (http://www.unlockgsmcodes.com/unlock-samsung/). My website was working fine few days ago then suddenly javascript is not working on my website. And php code is displayed in textboxes.
I developed my website in wordpress.
For php code i am using plugin "Allow PHP in Posts and Pages"
I am giving you couple of suggestions, have a look into them-
If any page template, then check the PHP code. Mainly, start and end.
If your page in page (dashboard>pages). I mean value printed using
any plugin, then you deleted that plugin which was printing the value
in your input field.
If your page created using any form plugin. Then check the form plugin. Is it deactivated or not?
Open console in Chrome and you will see: Uncaught TypeError:
jQuery(...).on is not a function - is the reason, why javascript is
not working (I am adding #deniskoronets comment here)
Also use $.noConflict() or jQuery.noConflict() in your scripts
BTW, If you want best answer then you need to post more clue/information.
Thanks

I am new to web development. I want to develop the front page of my website through which users can enter their username and password and login to their accounts. How should I accomplish that?
You can try to make your own implementation but there are a lot of security risks to worry about. Particularly things like SQL Injection. There are frameworks you can use to implement login pages that take care of the security for you. You just need to find the one that works best for you. Zend Framework is one example of a PHP compatible framework that does authentication.
Here is a decent starting point if you really want to write your own log-in/out routines..

All that is lacking on that page is the layout of the database.

I'm looking for a javascript library (could be based on jQuery) that will implement a client side Form Editor.
The perfect example is something like offered by http://wufoo.com/
You should play with their free version to get the feeling of what I'm trying to find.
Also see this example someone made with jQuery. it is very basic, but a step in the right direction.
Do you know of any jQuery plugin or library that will give me the full functionality of form editing?
I would recommend the awesome ExtJS framework to build such kind of application. Here's an example of what you can do.
ext/formbuilder
Add a form panel, then drop a textbox and so on...dead simple. Ext JS 2.2 and 3.0 (not yet ready) are LGPL and GPL licensed, you have also commercial subscriptions available, I think it worth to have a look at it.
Try the jQuery Form Builder plug-in from Botsko
I had the same problem and wrote one. Github link: SpiffForm.
