There are some pages on my website where I don't want users to know the address of the certain page there on, is there any way to make it so that when they go to this certain page it will just be like www.example.com/# or something like that?
You can just redirect them with the location header. I should note that if it is in the public_html folder of your web server, then its NOT SECURE, by any means, no matter what php code you put ahead of the file.
To hide a file/path just put it one folder before the public docs and access it from there.
Insert this into the start of your page.
<?php header('Location: yourdomain.url');
exit(); //Thanks Drixson OseƱa
?>

I would like to access website A's localstorage from website B's script, how could I do that?
If that is not possible in any way how could I save a string from website A (using a JS script) to my computer and how could I read it from website B's script?
One possible option is to make a .txt file in the same root directory and provide its path to where you want to use the string.
If you want to use it in a javascript file, you can refer: How to read text file in JavaScript
I hope this helps!

In my site, user can write a text. I want to make that, when the user reloads the page, the draft will appear. Without any registration.
I think, using ip as id is bad idea, because it can be library wifi network, for example, and as far as I understand, all connected devices would have the same ip.
What is the best way to unify client for that purposes?
You should use cookies if you want it to be saved for a long time
PHP:
setcookie('text_cookie', 'My text', time() + 3600);//To save for an hour
echo $_COOKIE['text_cookie'];//To show
use javascript keyevent and localstorage

I need to do some image processing on a browser where I upload images and with my python script, it manipulates the images. In the end, I just want to open an HTML page where I can simply use buttons there to process my python script. Please tell me how can I do it? I don't know much about web development. I don't need to host a website. I just want to do it locally so that if I give my files to anyone they can access it by just opening the HTML document.
If you want to practice and you need to upload an image and processing in your web app you need to use Phyton(with Django should be more fast to create what you want) and MySQL(or another database) to save the data.

I tried using java script but it didn't work. I also tried php imagegrabscreen() but it demands URL whereas I have a customer's page URL different for everyone ex: /member.php?email=shady#gmail.com&code=A101_123 .
Basically I want to store user's screenshot so he can be able to see those images of his activity. So any solution?
I would recomment to take a look at html2canvas. It is a JavaScript solution that works on the client side. Only problem: It takes the current DOM from the user and builds a picture with the browser engine. So it is not 100% accurate, but pretty close.
