Gruntjs angularjs cordova image not loading up - javascript

Not sure what I am doing wrong.
This is how my css looks like after grunt but my actual image filename is

This is not the best approach but I blocked minifying image by removing '<%= yeoman.dist %>/images/{,/}.{png,jpg,jpeg,gif,webp,svg}', from filerev. If there is a better approach, please let us know

How to let grunt usemin update the JS to reference our revved images ?
from the yeoman web app generator, it only rewrite links for css and html, but no js.
What if my JS file have some images need to be compressed, but cannot link :(

I used to add js: ['<%= config.dist %>/scripts/{,*/}*.js'] after usemin:css, but it gives me Warning: Unsupported pattern: js Use --force to continue.
How can I write a correct format to let grunt usemin rewrite my JS image reference link to correct compressed image?

Grunt Concat Task, how to ignore all .min.js files?

I have the following grunt concat task. How can I make concat ignore all minified files? This doesn't work.

Negate or ! is placed at the beginning of a valid pattern to produce the opposite effect. Patterns are processed in order, so placing a negated pattern that you wish to exclude at the end, will do the trick.

gruntfile.js adding video files to distribution and updating html

I have updated my gruntfile.js to add video files to the distribution. I can see the video files prepended like this 949494.movie.mp4 but the html in index.html isn't updating with this new file name. What am I missing?

I realize this was asked a long time ago, but since it hasn't been answered and I ran into this recently... why not?
Apparently, video files are not covered by usemin by default. In this case, you need to explicitly specify which file formats usemin needs to look for by using Patterns.

I'm using the basic yeoman webapp template with requirejs and now I want to build it. However, I don't want grunt to concatenate every module into one file (the optimized way).
How do I stop it from doing that and copying over all the modules by itself?

The useminPrepare and usemin tasks are responsible for concatenating scripts (and styles). They use HTML comments to determine what to concat/minify.

Notice how the <!-- build --> comments wrap the scripts? These comments instruct usemin to concatenate and minify the scripts between build and endbuild.
You can simply remove the <!-- build --> and <!-- endbuild --> comments from around the <script> tags, and usemin will not concat and minify them.
(You may need to adjust the Gruntfile.js task build if you get errors from uglify when running grunt. Try removing uglify from the list.)

You can edit your Gruntfile's task definition for 'build' to remove concat/usemin/useminprepare sub-tasks. Or like #jevets says, remove the <!-- build -->...<!-- endbuild -->comments from your HTML.
