I am looking for a JavaScript drag-and-drop file upload library like minus.com here
A drag-and-drop should trigger uploading right away.
I understand there is a decent jQuery library http://blueimp.github.io/jQuery-File-Upload/ but I would like one triggering uploading right away

Just in case anyone bumps into this, here is what you're looking for: http://www.dropzonejs.com/

Maybe this is what you are looking for: https://niklr.github.io/angular-material-datatransfer/
It uses Angular Material as UI component framework and offers features such as:
Upload and download of multiple simultaneous files
Upload in small chunks to support large files
Drag and drop
Pagination
Customizable look
Fault-tolerance by automatically retrying
Export results to CSV or JSON
The application is explicitly designed for modern browsers supporting advanced HTML5 File API features.

Can someone suggest a best Java Script Plugin for Image compression with many browsers support?
I searched and find many and not sure about the drawbacks and advantages of using it.
If someone already uses it, please suggest.
Thanks.

All this code will take half of screen). If you working with very large images, e.g. 6000x9000 for better quality you should use this lib
https://github.com/nodeca/pica instead of canvas.
This is most powerful lib that i know at js. Lib with several resize algorithms for people who knnow the difference.

This question does not appear to be about a specific programming problem, a software algorithm, or software tools primarily used by programmers. I'm looking for the JS library similar to the one used in Jira Workflow editor (example below).
I need to visualize dependencies between elements and probably(in the future) make it configurable by mouse (with drag'n'drop).
P.S. I've tried to detect name of this library within the Developer Console, but had no luck (probably it's Atlassian proprietary library).
If you have Jira you can explore it yourself: Project -> Administration -> Workflows
After looking at the JS source for the Workflow Designer in Atlassian JIRA in the console, it seems to be using a mixture of Atlassian developed code and a whole host of other libraries.
However, the drawing part at least seems to be extending functionality provided by Draw2D JS library. Another option for what you want to achieve could be Raphael JS which is also a JS drawing library.

I was searching for the latest, good one, and secure, library written in HTML5 or JavaScript or jQuery or PHP for reading and creating QR codes.
I know there are 2 methods to read them:
Uploading qr code image.
Scanning it from web cam.
If it exist, I would like in case 2 to be not FLASH library but HTML5 library.
Any source or link guys?
Not entirely sure what you're after, but what about a library like this?
http://phpqrcode.sourceforge.net/
I guess this would serve less on the reading and more on the generating/creating end of things.

There are several libraries which allow you to create very sophisticated presentations in web browser:
impress.js
Google slides
deck.js
Reveal.js
But the only way to edit these presentations is in code. Does anybody know one where the user can make edits on the fly in the browser?
And if so, if it is possible to get a representation of the presentation (i.e. in JSON) that could then be persisted?
Thanks.
Found Aloha Editor in Google, looks like it might do this (I've not tried it), allows you to edit impress.js presentations with WYSIWYG tools, no idea if you can save them but maybe you could save the raw HTML to persist them.
Blog about it: http://aloha-editor.org/blog/2012/04/impress-js-editable-with-wysiwyg-aloha-editor/
Demo: http://bit.ly/LZUaZP
Checkout http://strut.io/
It is open source and supports Impress, Bespoke and Handout.
Once can easily import/export JSON data.
An in-browser editor was recently released for reveal.js, you can try it here: http://www.rvl.io/
Old question, I know, but I was looking for the same today. Found this nice overview article covering tools, editors, libraries and overall technology around browser based presentations.
