Open Google Map with markers within Google Maps App

I've used the Google Maps JavaScript API to put a bunch of markers on a map, within a web page. I'd like to allow users to choose to open the map, with markers, within the Google Maps app, should they have it on their device.
Currently the markers, when clicked, display the name of the location and some other details. I'd like to maintain this functionality within the app too.
Is there an easy way to achieve this? I'm a front-end web developer with a decent amount of JS experience, but I don't have any experience developing iOS or Android apps, and I was hoping there'd be an easy solution within the API, but haven't come across an answer. There's a good chance that this simply isn't possible due to the differences between the web and app platforms, but I just don't know.
This is a built-in feature of the Google Maps iOS (and thus I assume Android) API. In the iOS API, add the following entry in Info.plist file:
LSApplicationQueriesSchemes
Item 0... String... googlechromes
Item 1... String... comgooglemaps
And then whenever a marker is tapped in the app, if the user then taps the Google attribution logo (usually at the bottom of the screen), the Google Maps app will open that marker. These entries allow for that to happen.
The Android guys can speak to Android but I'm sure it's as simple, if not simpler. Here are some methods: How to open standard Google Map application from my application?

Mobile live geolocation

Im trying to get my Iphones live location to show on a map on my website.
Is there a way to acomplish this easily using HTML5 Geolocation or is it better to use Google Maps Geolocation API, or some other library?
Thanks.
I use Google Maps Geolocation API in WEB APP developed with .NET C #
And it was great
At HyperTrack we have an SDK which you can plugin to your app in as little as 3 lines of code and automatically enable location tracking in your application and view (for free) on our Dashboard. In our Sandbox mode (read: Test Mode) you can track and assign actions for up to 20 users for free as well. This mode also gives you an Action Widget that you can embed anywhere to see the activity of your user(s)/device(s).
For iOS you can visit our iOS Integration Guide.

How can I detect from JS running on IOS safari if waze or google maps exist on the device

For a mapping website I would like to provide navigation information by launching waze / gogle maps/native map in this order of priority.
Is there a way to automatically detect which app is available on the device, maybe by some kind of usage of their url schemes, or do I have to just show options to the user?

Website button to open GPS navigation app using smartphones

I would like to add the button to website for smartphones to open location (latitude, longitude) as the target in GPS navigation app. I read that clicking the link to e.g.:
http://maps.apple.com/?q=48.6724821,19.696058
with Android/iOS opens the Google Maps App. However, there may not be installed Google Maps app on the smartphone but some alternative - Sygic, Waze, Mapfactor etc. Is it possible or does exist Javascript library to open the address with an available GPS Navigation app or do another GPS apps recognize the above link?
Google Maps URL Scheme:
A URL scheme allows you to launch a native iOS application from
another iOS app or a web application. You can set options in the URL
that will be passed to the launched application.
Reference:
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/ios/urlscheme
Example: Manhattan
iOS URL Scheme Reference
Reference: https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/featuredarticles/iPhoneURLScheme_Reference/MapLinks/MapLinks.html
Example: The White House
The important thing is that your link should always contain proper parameters or it will be opened in Safari instead.
You can try Waze Deep Links.
Link looks like this - waze://?ll=48.6724821,19.696058&navigate=yes
It will open waze on your smartphone (if installed) and navigate to coordinates.
