AnyChart - legend not shown with sunburst chart (tree data) - javascript

I want a legend to appear in my sunburst chart (to be able to hide data on click).
Here is an official example of a sunburst chart: https://playground.anychart.com/gallery/Sunburst_Charts/Employee_Count_by_Country
I tried to add:
chart.legend().enabled(true);
But I do not see any legend nor any error messages in the console. The website says:
In AnyChart, the legend can be used with Basic Charts, Stock Charts, Maps, and every other chart type.
So i expected the legend to show up, but it doesn't.

1) If you remove the custom coloring (like chart.fill() and palette), you'll see the default anychart palette.
2) Sunburst chart uses tree-data. It is not the series separation by category or value.
It means that is not clear how to provide legend data. Separation by root data? By values? By any additional conditions?
That's why legend is not included in sunburst by default. In this case customer is able to use standalone legend to provide any data.

One legend, multiple charts Chart JS

I have two pie charts with different data but same labels and background colors. How can I create a standalone legend (a legend without a chart) using ChartJS so that the legend corresponds to both the pie charts at the same time?
I tried creating a pie chart with the data array set to an array of 0s. However, that causes an empty pie chart to be generated, which takes up a lot of space; so that's a no go.
Any help would be deeply appreciated.

Highchart: Bar chart showing duration between events

I need to create a chart that shows a series of events (see image, in this case 6) that have a duration of time between them.
I've been able to approximate this with a sankey chart and curveFactor:0, but I can't seem to adjust the space between each node.
Is there some way I can achieve this? It doesn't have to be sankey chart. I can use anything in the Highcharts library. I'd also considered a stacked bar chart but ran into another set of issues.

How to make map with overlaid column charts using highmaps

Highmaps provides a way to implement map with overlaid pie charts, is there a way to change pie with column?
http://jsfiddle.net/gh/get/library/pure/highcharts/highcharts/tree/master/samples/maps/demo/map-pies/
The mappie series is not a part of Highcharts core. It is a custom series created with Highcharts.seriesType function (you can find it here: http://code.highcharts.com/highcharts.src.js) at the beginning of the demo. You can modify provided example and create series such as mapcolumn. Although, map is not very readable and tooltip does not work correctly when rendering columns instead of pies. You give it a try and create your own custom series.

Add labels between two points in a line graph d3.js

I'm trying to add labels to different sections of a line graph using d3.js. I'm working with a dataset that needs to be labelled by the end user by assigning labels to different section of the graph. My current under use case is to build something like the following:
While I am able to create the line graph, and can guess that the areas can be added to the graph as brushes, I'm unable to get started with regard it.

Google Visualization API - Line and Scatter on one Chart

Does any one know if it is possible to use the Default Google Scatter Chart in the Google Visualizations Gallery to draw a scatter chart that has both a series with points only, a series with a line of best fit and on top of this a set of lines across the chart indicating limits. i.e. at +/- 20% etc.
The chart we need is actually a Control Chart with multiple series and individual formatting of each series displayed on the chart. i.e some series with only points other series with a line of best fit.
Does any one know of a Control Chart that has already been done using the Google Visualization API?
After working with the google visualization api for a while and searching the web I would have to say that the answer here is no.
You would have to build your own custom chart and from working with the api for a while I would rather do this with another charting library like jqPlot.
You can make separate line sets in the google scatterchart. The examples are on the scatterchart page.
