frequency of random array integers - javascript

little stuck, please help! Trying to write code using the random number generator,initialize an array of size 50, with integer values in the
range 0..49 and compute the frequency of the numbers in the range 10..19. Here's what I have so far:

We fill an array with 50 random numbers, then reduce it to an object that has the number of times each element between 10 and 19 occured, with a final "all" element that has the number of times all of the numbers between 10 and 19 occured.

output must be one of them 777, 787, 788, 878, 877, 888 etc...

I think you don't want random numbers. It seems that you want a set of numbers based on some rules. Random means something else.
If I understand well your question you want to generate all possible numbers containing only a set of digits from a range of numbers. Is this an accurate description?

You are right, so you want only one number.
In javascript you could do something like this:
I edited the algorithm to take into account min and max in probably the most lazy way. I didn't take into account cases where numbers can't be generated, it will return undefined.
There are so many ways to do this. Your algorithm can work too and maybe more efficient but it seems to have an issue with 0, it will generate numbers with 0 even if it's not in the digits array.

You could use reduce like so :
sum = array.reduce(function(a, b) { return a + b; }, 0);
This method explores the array from left to right, taking two elements and reducing them to one element using the provided callback, over and over again, until the end of the array is reached
PS : Try better formatting your post, and do some online research before posting a question. I found out the solution only by typing "js sum array" on internet.

How to integrate loops with arrays?

I'm prompting the user to enter a number between 50 and 100.
(Default value for the prompt is 100.)
The input, minus one, is then displayed on the screen followed by spaces.
Fore example, if user enters 60, this is what I want to be displayed:

05 06 07 08
...
53 54 55 56
57 58 59
So far I'v done the following, but I can't figure out the problem or what to do next:

You can just parseInt on the return value from the "prompt", and then you can create an array that is mappable. Once that is done, you can just join the entire array with a space, which will give you 1 2 3 ... etc.

Just loop from start to end and add spaces after each number (while padding it) and add line breaks after every 4th number.
