jqplot zoom function is not working - javascript

I want to visualize some timeseries data in the browser with jqplot. My problem is, that the x-axis values overlay and aren't readable.
Therefore, the zoom function would be very useful. But it doesn't work.

You need to add show: true to your cursor, as in this example.

It's not working because you have specified the "ticks" option. I'm having the same issue. Seems to me this should work as expected even when I set the ticks (as an initial "un-zoomed" value).

HighCharts inside of a javascript function

I'm trying to draw a 3d box after a user has selected some data from the server.
When I put the highcharts inside of a js function, it throws some errors.

This loads fine if I do not put it inside of the chart3d function. Is there a way to get this working. The error message I get is:

Rendering div not found
This error occurs if the chart.renderTo option is misconfigured so that
Highcharts is unable to find the HTML element to render the chart in.
You don't have a div with the id=container at the time you are calling the method.

I want that the x-axis has no label when the page is loaded (The reason why I added in a filler text with white font is due to the fact that I don't want the size of the chart change upon click of a button). And upon the click of button, the label should be consecutively 1, 2, 3, 4...
Is there anyway around it except for setting marginBottom (which is not very precise)?
You may use .css() method for changing fill color of your text label.

Remove starting "0" values from Highcharts series array

The problem is now that I want to remove all the "0" values from the beginning of the TaskDuration series array.
I try to set the values in the array to 'null':

But Highcharts still display the values in the chart.
How to prevent this behavior?
I also try to remove all values from the array until a value which is not "0". But with this approach the "startingUTC" is wrong. Maybe I have also to recalculate this value...

You need to remove elements not to set null, use this to remove zero element from array:

The problem is that you're using pointStart and pointInterval.
PointInterval will ignore your null points and will add points to the yAxis.
So, remove it.

jqplot x axis spacing

I am using jqplot and am having trouble with the spacing on the X axis.

Why does this Highcharts graph only show tooltip for the first and last nodes?

I'm just starting out with Highcharts and I'm having a little trouble showing a tooltip for each data item in my graph. At the moment, it just shows a tooltip for the first and last item.

I know it'll be something insanely easy, but I can't see it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You need to have your data in ascending date order if using a datetime x-axis.
