i have a web site, herer i have implemented a slide show. While browsing it's correct in Mozilla. But in IE it's not working. But the images are already present in the folder. Then why it's not shown in IE?
Does any one know this?
Thanks in advance

Your image is a CMYK image:
JPEG, CMYK, U.S. Web Coated (SWOP) v2
IE doesn't do CMYK. Use Photoshop or some other image editing tool to convert the image to RGB.

Firefox's Firebug says:
http://www.chemmanurinternational.com/:1105
window.addEvent is not a function
window.addEvent('load', function () {
and
http://www.chemmanurinternational.com/:107
$("div#mygalone").slideView is not a function
...load", function() { $("div#mygalone").slideView({toolTip: true, ttOpacity: 0.5})...
Although the errors it still works. I think if you fix those errors IE will work as well.

I have this website I have made, and I have released it and tried it out, but one of the problems is that it won't work unless it is connected to wifi/internet. This is why I want to be able to download the whole page, and possibly other pages onclick. I am troubled on how to do implement this, which is why I am asking for help. Please do not use any php. Only JS and Html.
Thanks.
I just found this:
<a href="/test/src/webpage.html" download><button>Download</button></a>
This code downloads the webpage, and so far, works for me perfectly. Just found this. If anyone has better techniques, please share.

Can someone tell me this effect used in this page (https://www.canva.com/)
When you hover a region, it's glows. I need a name of this effect to find a tutorial.
This effect is very special and I don't thing that there are any tutorials out there. Anyway, creating things like that is really not easy and maybe you should get an advanced understanding of web development first in order to really understand the code and what it does in this case.
What you're looking for is the JS file: https://static.canva.com/static/r/woopwoop/js/XIR9abnkRmmIBfD9RiiwSg.js
The CSS file: https://static.canva.com/static/r/woopwoop/css/auth/YC3uEEMWOOxOK1-4GWZMtQ.css
And this bit of code: <canvas class="loginFun" width="320" height="700"></canvas>

Is it possible that someone could give me a direction how this page is built? Thanks a lot for that.
this is made with javascript , css , html5
there are many jquery plugin like scroll magic who can give you the same effect as scrolling content automatically or made you own timeline : (http://janpaepke.github.io/ScrollMagic/)
also drawing and animating lines can made with SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics ), visit for more information (http://www.w3schools.com/svg/) .
hope this can give you a small view of how you can do the same effect :)

I need to edit a video using HTML5 and Javascript only. No flash or ffmpeg. I need to add title boards, background audio, (transitions, bumpers), borders etc.
I have tried popcorn.js but it uses CSS only and does not actually edit the video. I have even experimented with ffmpeg. FFmpeg gets the job done but takes a lot of time.
When using http://www.videojs.com/ as the video player. Some of the functionality already exists in plugins for video.js but not all yet. Here are a few plugins that could add some of the functionality you would need:
https://github.com/nicetip/videojs-speed
https://github.com/danielcebrian/rangeslider-videojs
https://github.com/xbgmsharp/videojs-rotatezoom
Both the video player and plugins are open source. But like I said you might have to do some development on your part for the full range of functionality that you require.

The url is like below.
http://www.tumblr.com/
On the main page, you can see 3 images keep rotating, which I first thought was a swf, actually is not. They are the images each in <li> tag.
Is there any script out there that can do this? If then, what is it?
Not sure about the Tumblr but you can use jQuery Cycle plugin to create a lot of effects if you want.
In the source they import the file prototype_and_effects.js so they are most likely using the Prototype Framework (a popular alternative to jQuery) and script.aculo.us for the rotating banner effect, which is also included in that file.
Check out their effects demo page for examples and documentation.
