I'm looking for Scene or Board maker
Like Papayoot site to manage a state of room behind the IM environment
Currently when I'm playing with Whatsapp and need to extend it for any scene, I totally find my self blocked by app limitations.
After a deep searching over the net I found a nice app that can give me a added value content
Are you familiar with other similar apps?
For canvas 2D app that are not align on native app i'm really recommend on using pure graphics engine like PixiJS or doing this direcyly via Web Assembly or other Web API Interface.
In any case On-Boardy by Papayoot should extend their service to web!
Looking into On-Boardy app by Papayoot and i think it relevant only for mobile/tablet devices.
It's pretty nice app but it's come without web interface!.
Ps
Papayoot function as scene builder or board builder.

I've been searching the web for the right cross-platform (IOS & Android) AR framework to use with React Native but couldn't find any good up-to-date information on this, all I could find is old posts or backdated StackOverflow questions which are essentially worthless as this is such an evolving technology.
I'm working on a React Native mobile app in which a user should be able to take a picture of any object, and when someone scans that object it should be matched and verified with the previously saved object.
Can anyone share their experience with such projects using React Native or someplace I could find relevant up-to-date information?
Apparently according to this post , https://viromedia.com/viroreact is the kind of tool you are looking for. [didn't see the link in the comments, but this was mentioned before my post]
There's also https://facebook.github.io/react-360/, but last time I checked it was not yet very advanced.
The only experiences I had actually with mobile development of AR was with Unity3D which I don't know if you also considered to use or not, since it can produce mobile apps both for iOS and Android, and has amazing support for VR/AR apps.

I'm looking for a react component or a javascript library for creating flows/diagrams.
I need to customize and have various types of nodes.
There aren't many great flow and diagram libraries out there, and even fewer focus on React.
I suggest looking into a generic solution that integrates well with React.
If this is in a commercial context and/or your requirements are non-trivial, be sure to check out yFiles for HTML, which is the most powerful library available when it comes to sophisticated diagramming. It also comes with many React-specific diagramming features like the React Diagram Integration Demo. This allows you to use all the features in a React powered application.
Disclaimer: I work for the company that creates the mentioned library. I do not represent my employer on SO, though. This is my very own opinion.

I'm looking for the JS library similar to the one used in Jira Workflow editor (example below).
I need to visualize dependencies between elements and probably(in the future) make it configurable by mouse (with drag'n'drop).
P.S. I've tried to detect name of this library within the Developer Console, but had no luck (probably it's Atlassian proprietary library).
If you have Jira you can explore it yourself: Project -> Administration -> Workflows
After looking at the JS source for the Workflow Designer in Atlassian JIRA in the console, it seems to be using a mixture of Atlassian developed code and a whole host of other libraries.
However, the drawing part at least seems to be extending functionality provided by Draw2D JS library. Another option for what you want to achieve could be Raphael JS which is also a JS drawing library.

Is there a charting library that jives with how React.js asks you to do things? It seems like the chart should be a component.
D3.js seems to be the most powerful charting library out there, but it requires a lot of direct DOM work, which is the exact opposite of React.
Would there be a way to get those two libraries to play nice with each other? If not, is there an alternative to D3 that does work well with React?
Checkout high charts react library. https://github.com/kirjs/react-highcharts
From personal experience, I have found that by far the best way to render charts in RN is via a WebView. I worked on a cross-platform solution for messaging between RN and the WebView: https://github.com/jjshammas/react-native-webview-bridge
Alternatively, you may want to look into ReactART, which is unfortunately generally undocumented when it comes to using it in ReactNative. It does have a very strong relationship with RN, though it does not have all of the functionality of traditional vector rendering libraries. Take a look: http://browniefed.com/blog/2015/10/14/react-native-morphing-svg-paths-with-react-art/

Assuming I have location-based 3D graphics (a 3D map) with matched X/Y/Z coordinates. Is there a Web API or library that allows me to build a navigation (rotating, zooming, etc.) application on top of these graphics?
I looked into the Google Earth API, and they indeed provide me with the exact functionality I need. The only drawback is that I cannot replace their graphics with mine. Instead of having an Earth, I want to have a relatively small, but well-detailed, 3D area.
I prefer a solution that uses open Web technologies such as WebGL, and require no-plugins. But I'd love to hear any solutions you might know of.
Not really. There is not a general application need for "Google Earth but not Earth" -- that's more a specific need relating to particular games.
I'd recommend Three.js as a good way to approach this problem.... you'll need to roll your own UI though
